Parasite cleanses are customized per individual. Typically the longest they last is two weeks, but experienced cleansers can work a little faster. In our office we use either an herbal glycerite protocol (especially for kids) or we may use the 4 step cell-core PARA Moon cleanse. We do it in a way that is gentle, and beneficial to your gut health. You shouldn't notice too much die off symptoms. The cleanse comes with the supplements or herbals that you need as well as 1 appointment with Kelsey and a follow up/check in call, as well as her coaching, support, and troubleshooting by phone or email during the cleanse.

If in Master Your Gut Health, this step is typically done in phase three with either herbs, or a 3 step cell-core PARA cleanse.
